I just lost my dream job a month into it

I am so gutted while I type this. I accepted an offer for my dream job last month and I was over the moon. It had everything I was looking for and given I don’t have a university degree or much experience I was so happy. I have a background in hospitality management and started my corporate career in customer service. I then managed to find a job in recruitment which was a step in the right direction but I wasn’t over the moon. Six months later I found a role in talent delivery and it was literally my dream job. Everything I wanted was offered and I was so happy. I came in and gave it my all. Less than a month later my probation was suspended. They said they have no doubt I can do the job but I wasn’t building relationships with the team and turns out the team weren’t too fond of me. I will admit I am not the most outgoing person and I won’t laugh at offensive jokes so when I started and that was the work environment, I knew I wasn’t going to make friends but I still came in and gave it my all every day. I am so gutted and embarrassed more than everything. I told all of my friends and family and even made a post on LinkedIn and it’s over before I even got a chance. I have been rotting in my bed since Thursday and don’t know how my career will recover. I cannot explain this to any future employers. Anyone with similar experiences and how did it recover? I would love a bit of hope right now
